1. Shipping & Delivery Time
Because our luxury fabrics and collections are sourced and fulfilled directly from Pakistan to maintain 100% authenticity and fresh production stock, our standard international delivery timeline is up to 15 business days.
Processing Time: 2 – 4 business days (Order verification, quality check, and export packaging).
Transit Time to UK: 8 – 11 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12 – 15 business days.
(Note: Custom stitching or pret orders may require an additional 5 to 7 business days prior to dispatch).
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number (via DHL, FedEx, or Royal Mail).
Tracking updates typically take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your package and delivery post code.
4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
For deliveries into the UK and Europe, orders may occasionally be subject to local import duties or customs VAT as per regional regulations.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy
